1.8.7 Android launch notification

Pretty soon - in 2 - 4 weeks we are going to officially launch YoWindow on Android.
Some iPhone users own Android tablet, some iPad users have an Android phone.
We want to inform them on the launch date.
So we have added a notification system to this build.
The system is controlled from our server.
On the day of launch on Android we will send a command to display a billboard that showcases YoWindow for Android.
We are going to test this feature tomorrow around 18:00 UTC.
I will turn the notification on and make a special post here about it.
Please give this build a good test, I hope we will send it to Apple unless major flaws to be found.
