We also need to know what version(s) of YoWindow you are using:
- Windows Desktop
- Mac Desktop
- Widget (Please supply us with a link to your site)
- Chrome Browser
- iOS (Please state which device)
- Android
This will help us, because sometimes different versions need different approaches.

Unfortunately I can't see your problem.
I've put Soleto on my Android Phone and compared it to the yowindow.com site.
Both look the same to me.
If refreshing does nothing (on your Android I assume) it might be necessary to remove the app and re-install it.
Also your Internet access is very important. Is it constantly present?
I'll be glad to get some more details from you.

YoWindow uses the closest METAR station for the current conditions.

3166428; Soleto/Puglia/Italy is using the METAR station LIBY from S. Maria Di Leuca Airport.

If you know of a closer METAR station, please let us know.

Are you using WiFi or Mobile Data (3G or 4G)?
