I use Adobe Photoshop CS5 with a plugin Mask Pro 4 ( onOnesoftware.com )
Photoshop is a part of the Adobe Master Collection CS5.
This is fantastic software.
With this software it takes about 30 minutes . (included uploading and installed within Yowindow).
