I would also like to add Willows/California/USA but I am unable to find an acceptable Type for this populated city. Can you help me with that?

5386470; Red Bluff/California/United States (Mountain) and
5409777; Willows/California/United States have been added to the database.
(Administration Centres can be used).

The last three geonames-ID‘s you requested already exist in the database.
