Hi everyone,

I was looking at the weather (yes, I'm waiting for the snow), and I found myself thinking that it would be nice having a popup notification when the weather change, especially for bad weather like thunderstorms or snow, ice or fog.
Something that will either pop up in the tray or give an alarm sound, with an option to mute it for the night time.
