How long does it usually take to be able to select the town once it has been added to the database? It's been three hours and as of yet I can't choose it. I know it's not been long that's why I am asking. We are sort of excited to see it on the list as it is an 8 hour drive and a regular destination for us. Thank you.

Please select All locations.

If you still cannot find your location, do the following.
Completely exit from YoWindow with a Ctrl+Q for the Desktop.
Completely clear your internet cache.
Press Ctrl+F5.
Restart YoWindow.

I followed your instructions (as best I could) and included a hard boot as well. Still not finding Amasa, Michigan on the list.

I am a Mac user (Mavericks). Any other suggestions? (I couldn't find a preference file to delete.)

However, are you able to see your destination on http://yowindow.com/weather?client=desk ... 9&ln=Amasa?

Besides that is there any other device you can check it on?

I checked it on the iMac, iPad, iPhone ... our whole family (and there are a lot of us!) are Mac users.

Well, I appreciate your trying but after a reinstall and a cold boot here's what my Michigan "A" choices are (I'm hoping to upload the screenshot here):

Can you clear your cache after 24 hours from that time?
Now run YoWindow again and let us know what happens.

I do not have a Mac or iPhone.
I have Windows and Android.
The PCs and Androids were working immediately.

Let us know if the 24 hour wait works.
