I do not know if this is a bug or else but please try to explain me wath that means...
wind speed without value ( just thye word speed) and an arrow pointing down .. in RED
I am going to try an attached picture

That means there is no wind speed information provided from weather station (METAR station).
If you see a weather parameter colored in red - it is not available.
