MYEG - METAR station at George Town Airport is not operating right now.
MYNN - Lynden Pindling International Airport - Nassau, Bahamas looks like it is your closest METAR station.

Click on Location > Properties.
Replace icao code MYEG with MYNN.

It is now using METAR icao code MUCM - Ignacio Agramonte International Airport - Camaguey, Cuba
