If this hasn't happened before it's a temporary glitch in the server's activity...
I get the same error on your website here...
Nothing else anyone can do except for waiting for the service to be restored...

I notice that you are using 3078837; Brandýs nad Labem-Stará Boleslav/Central Bohemia/Czech Republic
and have changed the location name to Stará Boleslav.
I have just added 3065420; Stará Boleslav/Central Bohemia/Czech Republic to the locations database.
This location is a section of Brandýs nad Labem-Stará Boleslav/Central Bohemia/Czech Republic
and is currently getting a forecast.
