Please look again on both www.geonames.org and www.yr.no for your location.
Most of the time you will find the same location with another Geonames-ID or an alternative location nearby that can be added.

After that don’t put up a new topic but please use POSTREPLY when you refer to this request.

I tried to add it, but unfortunately you left me with 190 Sparta's in the US to choose from

It would also help if you could put up a link to your location on www.yr.no.
