delete yowindow and start over from Internet

I've had problems using testflight. I finally deleted my yowindow and downloaded from the Internet. Now, twice, the updates in testflight no longer work. Is this a natural occurance of having deleted and downloaded yowindow from the Internet? The Internet version works fine, I just don't have all the upgrades that testflight is working on.

I don't know why there is a problem.
Can you ask the question to Test Flight support team, they are very kind and answer fast.
