Again you've managed to ask for Administrative Divisions only.
You've been pointed several times to follow the instructions.
You've also been explained that Administrative Divisions can't be used.
Yet you seem to completely ignore this.
You get one last chance to ask for locations that CAN be added.
If you fail to follow the instructions again, you ask to be banned from this forum.
You will then have no longer access to this forum.
It's in your own hands to not let it get so far!

I don't understand your responses. what is "Administrative Divisions" ?
In your FAQ you say we can ask for new any location but the truth is very different.
If you are not able to explain things clearly, erase me from your forum, it does not any matter.

We are willing to help you, but then you have to help us first, not annoy us.
In the instructions
http://he1.yowindow.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=13 you see a picture with big red crosses behind the locations.
These can not be added!
Do you understand this?
Does it help you to ask for locations that can be added?

Je n'aime pas le ton que vous employez pour me répondre.
Votre aide en ligne qui dit que l'on peut rajouter n'importe quel localité même un village est un mensonge.
On ne peut rajouter QUE des grandes villes.
Vous pouvez me supprimer de votre forum, je n'y reviendrai pas.
