YoWindow Forum

Lately about 2 times a week when I open Yo Window all of my settings are gone. Everything no locations nothing. I put them all back in etc and in a couple of days they are all gone again. Any suggestions on what I can do about this?

What is the Build that you are using?

Yes it is windows desktop

I did what you said and nothing comes up in the black window.

We need to know what Build you are using.

At the top of YoWindow Desktop,
Click on Help.
Click on About.
Let us know what Build you are using.

Or are you using RC b161 from the top of the Forum page?

I am using RC b161 from the top of the Forum.
I am not having the problems that you are describing.

I don't even know how to answer that question. I have no idea about the webpage? When I click about on my yowindow it says build 161

Since you are unaware of the RC b161 at the top of the page, you must be using the actual release.

I would like you to try the following.
Completely exit from YoWindow using a Ctrl+Q.
Completely clear your Internet Cache.
Use the following link to download RC b161.
http://yowindow.com/rc.php
Install RC b161.
Start YoWindow and see if you can save your locations and settings.

OK will do. It may take a few days for it to have a problem as it doesn't happen right away so if you don't hear from me for a while that is why
