I'm happy to announce that YoWindow is now translated to German language.
The translation work is all done by Reinhart (ikarus1969).
German YoWindow looks amazing, thank you much!
Download the latest build (197) to run YoWindow in German language.
The people who don't speak English, now can enjoy YoWindow.
Don't forget to tell the German-speaking people and communities you know.

Hi Pavel - ENGLISH POST from Opa38:
My (shortened!) answer: You are right. In german it should be "Leichte" or "Leichter" depending if there's a noun following, if the noun is singular or plural and/or the noun is male/female. German language: hard to learn, harder to implement as english.opa38 wrote:I discovered eventually a mistake in the german translation.
Currently "Leicht Schauer" is displayed. Shouldn't it be "Leichte Schauer"??
In english you would say "light rain". In german "Leichter Regen".
In english you would say "light drizzly". In german "Leicht nieselig".
So in german, we would need an extra way of displaying the current condition if you want to make it comletely (grammatically) correct.
For this example:
english: "light shower"
german: "Leichte Schauer"
english: "light rain"
german: "Leichter Regen"
english: "light drizzly"
german: "Leicht nieselig"
and so on ... i'm sorry
If there's a complete (as much as possible) list of the word-combinations, i can give you the german translation...

Re: YoWindow speaks German!
Reinhart, we have the same problem in Russian.
This is quite a hard problem.
There are many word combinations, though I have not counted them.
In my opinion, this is a minor problem.
It manifests itself only in sky-condition description line.
I think it does not worth spending hours to translate all YoWindow texts to perfection.
We will try to solve this problem in future.
Guys, what do you think?

Pavel, i agree with you.par wrote:I think it does not worth spending hours to translate all YoWindow texts to perfection.

As i told opa38 (in german) i was aware of the grammatically wrong sky-condition descriptions, but wanted to wait if someone else wants that to be changed.
For me it's enough that this problem is known and not forgotten. It's marked for the future to be solved (when there's more time for it).
And it will not be easy to forget about it, because from time to time we get a wrong sky-condition description
