Hi,
Your location is already in the database.
You may have to Select All locations, look at the end of the list when special characters are used and/or clear your Browser cache to find it.
YoWindow uses the name from Geonames.org, so look for it under that name.
If you want to add another location you need to follow the instructions in http://he1.yowindow.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=13.
