I CAN NOT OPEN YoWindow

Hello. I use a Chrome browser but since a few days ago by clicking on the icon YoWindow, only leaves me totally blank window. Can you help me solve this problem? Thank you very much.

Are you referring to YoWindow for Chrome?
What location are you having a problem with?
My YoWindow Desktop and my YoWindow for Chrome are working.
Give us some information about your computer.
What Build of YoWindow?

I'm using the latest version of Chrome. Three days ago, YoWindow was opening perfectly, I use Windows XP and I have a Compaq Presario Desktop. I am located in Guatemala City Central America. YoWindow icon appears in the upper right part and my browser tells me the temperature of my country, but if I want to open the window but I get a blank box, no longer gives me the landscapes that I have selected only proceed ads by Twitter, Facebook or some program to download YoWindow, plus the options. That's it. Even my Adobe Flash Player is updated, like the Java application.

I have no problem with Guatemala City Central America.
Right Click on the YoWindow Icon at the top right of Chrome.
Click on Manage.
What build of YoWindow for Chrome do you have?
The attached is what I have and everything is working for me.

I can't reproduce this either.
Are you using any other extensions in Chrome?
If so, are they working?
If not, could you try some? For instance another weather-, news-, traffic-program.
Also: Did anything change on your internet connection lately, like connection itsself, Antivirus program and/or Firewal?

Hey!
YoWindow is displaying the picture using Flash technology.
It might be the case that Flash is blocked some Chrome extension.
Probably the extension that blocks advertising.
Have you installed any extensions recently?

Hello friend, I have installed the latest version of Flash Player, I check on my Chrome browser that was installed correctly, also review the applications and extensions and all this normal, there is not any kind of lock. The solution I found was directly download the new version of YoWindow and installed directly on the hard drive of my desktop, I have now problems to open it but I do it right from the start on the main screen, I'm not making through the Chrome browser.

That's frustrating
YoWindow extension runs flawlessly for more than 200,000 users.
I wonder prevents it from running on your PC...
