Sorry - maybe I missed a step, but how do you add it? Do I have to update or refresh the app in some way?

Hi
Try this for Chrome.
Completely exit from the Chrome Extension and from Chrome.
Completely clear your Internet Cache.
Press Ctrl+F5.
Restart YoWindow.
Let us know how this works.
