2 different EULA's for YoWindow?

I had YoWindow on my old XP several years ago and loved it. About a year ago I downloaded YoWindow for my new Win 7 box. I saw it had OpenCandy so I terminated the exe file from running (About a year and a half ago, Opencandy came bundled with another application I needed on my laptop. I immediately had problems with Opencandy... so now I refuse anything with Opencandy).
ANYWAY... I read the EULA for YoWindow today and it did not mention Opencandy. I thought "Great! I can have YoWindow without Opencandy!" After downloading YoWindow, I read another EULA during the install process that DID mention Opencandy. Why are there 2 different EULA's for YoWindow?

Hi,
Welcome to YoWindow.
I can't answer your question on how you found two different EULA's.
However I can tell you that OpenCandy has been removed from YoWindow.
You can read it here:
viewtopic.php?f=29&t=20110&p=51413&hilit=candy#p51413
- Open Candy plugin removed (Software offers on YoWindow installation)
We have decided to get rid of Open Candy because the plugin has significantly undermined YoWindow reputation.
It made more harm than benefit, unfortunately.

One EULA that did
not mention Opencandy was through a link on the download page. The download page was
http://yowindow.com/download. The text on the download page said:
= = =
Version: 3.0.149
Release date: 2013-5-23
Use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user
license agreement
YoWindow privacy policy
= = =
Clicking on the license agreement presented me with the EULA that did not mention Opencandy.
The EULA that
DID mention Opencandy would be installed appeared when I ran the exe file that I downloaded. The download was 11033KB. The first part of this EULA said:
= = =
A. YoWindow End User License Agreement
B. OpenCandy End User License Agreement
= = =
Even though opencandy might not be included now, I tend to trust EULA's presented while installing software rather than a EULA on a website.

The current official release of YoWindow is bundled with Open Candy.
But I have made sure that there are no bloatware distributed with OC plugin.
The next official version of YoWindow will be delivered without Open Candy.
We hope to release it in a couple of weeks.
You can download it here
http://yowindow.com/rc.php
Yes the two EULAS are different and it is confusing.
I did not meant to confuse the users, it's just because I was lazy to update EULA on the website.
Sorry!

Thank you for removing Opencandy in the future version of YoWindow!

I'm sure many people will be delighted. Once the new version is released, I'll certainly tell others to use it. I may even purchase the full version.
BUT...

the EULA for the rc version still says:
A. YoWindow End User License Agreement
B. OpenCandy End User License Agreement
If I have time, I
might try the rc version in my sandbox and see if my "anti-this-and-that" says something.
