Tried to see Montmagny in the list according to your instructions and I don't see it. I cleared out my browser cache, reloaded the page, restarted the YoWindow program, hit the Update database button many times and I still don't see it.

But just to be sure, did you choose All Locations?
If I choose Major Cities I don't see Montmagny:

I can now see Montmagny in YoWindow. The problem was that I did not really close YW before restarting it.
