Can't see right side of screen

It cuts off right at the F in Fahrenheit and the information at the bottom is cut off. FAQ states to change to smaller setting in advanced options but I only see options at the bottom left and it has no information in it about size. So I changed my zoom and font size for my internet settings but it didn't affect it.
