Not working on new iPad Air

Love this App on my Mac mini. Just got an iPad Air iOS 7.0.4 (11B554a) and just bought YoWindow. It just show my city, temperature and the YoWindow just keeps "loading....loading...
I got the iPad version: 1.3 which is supposed to be good to go with iPad Air is 5th generation...right?
Appreciate any help. In the mean time, I'll delete it and re-install it, maybe 2nd time's a charm.

Yes, we expect YoWindow to run correctly on iPad AIR with iOS 7.
Is "loading" on blue screen the only thing you see while running YoWindow on iPad AIR?
Have you seen anything but the blue screen?
Screen-shots of the problem would be very helpful.

I don't know if this really did the trick. I changed the "Region" of the country I'm living in to US. Re installed and it worked. I then changed back to the country I'm living in and it still worked. Not sure if it was because of that or just the third time downloading and installing being the "charm".
