Russia, Vladimir city. With other cities it's right.

473247; Vladimir/Russia uses METAR station UUBI for its weather.
UUBI - Ivanovo South Airport
This airport seems to be under maintenance and has not issued any METARs since the end of Summer.

On the Desktop, you are able to change the icao code.
Since I do not have an iPhone, I do not know if you can change the icao code.

If you are able to change the icao code, do the following until UUBI is reporting again.

UUDL - Tunoshna Airport is reporting.

Replace UUBI with UUDL

Let us know how this works.

Alternatively you could try the METAR of Nizhny Novgorod, UWGG.
Since you can't change this yourself on an iPhone I think, you could also choose a location 'nearby' that uses this METAR.
The closest I could find is Murom.
Of course you could also choose Nizhny Novgorod itself.

I know it's not close to Vladimir, but I think it's much better then a METAR which is'nt working right now.

Hello Marty and Fred. Thanks for the help, yes, I can not change METAR station on my iPhone. I looked through all the surrounding towns, all 21. We'll have to put Murom, although the weather is a bit uneven.Thanks for the quick reply,
