It helps us out if you format your location requests as shown by the examples in the instructions:
In the body of the post provide provide geonames-id of your location along with its name and the country.
Please add SEMICOLON (;) after the id and NO text before the ID.
This way:
ID; CITY_NAME/COUNTRY
Example:
4685617; Decatur/Texas/USA
498817; Saint-Petersburg/Russian
Do not add anything before the ID
