Hello,
I recently installed Yowindow 3S Build 150 Free.
I've set up my location, but the program doesn't timely update weather condition; I use LIRS station (http://en.allmetsat.com/metar-taf/europe.php?icao=LIRS), which update the report every hour.
If I press F5 within Yowindow weather is updated, so I don't think I've a network problem.

I use Windows 7 32 bit.

I think your location Grosseto, Italy works fine.
I will monitor it some time longer to see if keeps up to date.
For now you may be right, you may have a network problem.
Without further information there's nothing we can do about that, if we can at all.
