Bonjour, j'ai installé le widget de yowindow sur le portail de mon forum
http://les-dahus-detection.xooit.fr/portal.php
in english (google traduction)
Hello, I installed the widget yowindow on my forum portal

And I wonder if it is possible that the weather appears as the visitor came from (geolocation) and if it is not possible, there is a search box next to the city widget? because it is illogical that I give my other weather, I wonder if this is the weather in their region that appears
Thank you in advance for your answers

Thanks Uli.
I took a look at your web site with the help of Google translate. It did a good job of translating your site to English for the most part.

Hello, everything worked fine, I had the location-based weather, so ever since this morning, I have the weather of Takoradi in Ghana, while I am in Switzerland, here it is 2 C ° and the low 31C °; - ) you have an explanation? knowing that the widget code is correct ... could you also tell me if it's the weather in your area that appears up on my forum? thank you in advance

Hi Gemini,
It is not just your website that is having a problem. I looked at YoWindow.com and Don's website. Both of those are also showing Takoradi in Ghana. Has to be a problem with the IP Locator.

Hi Gemini and Marty,
All three sites are working fine for me. Is the problem still there for you :?:

Hi Don,
I cleaned out my cache and tried your website with IP Locator and Yowindow.com. I still get Takoradi. Yesterday, I got Mansfield, Ohio as it should be.
I have Windows XP, but I doubt if the operating system has anything to do with it. I am using Embarq (or CenturyLink) as my provider, but that was still displaying Mansfield yesterday.
