1.3.11 Fireworks performance improved

In the previous build there were significant delays between firework volley launches.
We have reduced the delays by a factor of 4.
I'm going to send this build to the App Store today.
Let me know if you to find any major issues with fireworks or any other aspect of YoWindow.
