Weather Observation Sky Condition error

Par,
Not sure about this weather condition...Clear observation, but Yowindow shows rain????

Unfortunately there is no Clear Sky/Rain icon in YoWindow, we have picked the most appropriate for the case.
As far as I see your weather station has reported clear sky and rain at the same time (a variant - the clear sky has been provided by METAR station).
So this is how YoWindow behaves under such contradictionary conditions.
