Weather conditions not correct

Hello. I have almost the same problem. YoWindow was showing +17 during all the day yesterday and it doing so now, though temperature is definitely changing during the day. Besides, for about a week I have been seeing icon of YoWindow in system tray, but not temperature.
Information about my city is attached.

Hi Anna,
Welcome to YoWindow.
Until UMKK is operating again for Kalingrad, Russia - do the following
The closest operating METAR stations to UMKK are the following
EYPA - Palanga, Lithuania
EPGD - Gdansk, Poland
Click on Location > Properties.
Replace UMKK with EYPA or EPGD.
