Depending on YoWindow edition you have to do one of the following.

9.1 YoWindow free weather widget
Clean your browser cache and reload the page.

9.2 YoWindow weather for Windows (desktop edition)
You have to take 4 steps to make new location to appear in the dialog.
1. Exit YoWindow
2. Clean Internet Explorer browser cache.
3. Open YoWindow.
