I'm assuming you are talking about Borore Italy, which is in the database. Please make sure you have "All locations" selected when you search the drop down menu for it.

yowindows when I log in and add my position seem to me all the data unpacked with a snowy landscape, I think my position has not been added and or incorrect.

Click on Location > Properties and look at your Season Map.
3181725; Borore/Sardinia/Italy - Season Map should be 01.01:winter/02.05:naked/03.20:spring/05.10:summer/10.01:autumn/11.15:naked/12.15:winter

There was a problem with b147 and was corrected with b148.

If you are not using the latest build,
Completely exit from YoWindow.
Completely clear your Internet Cache.
Press F5.
Download b150 from the top of the forum.

When YoWindow has launched, check if the season-map is still wrong.
Then press F5 - the weather and season map is going to be updated after this.
Then check the season-map again, I expect it to be fixed and never be broken again.

hello marty. the image now and correct, I followed your procedure. but the temperature and humidity, do not reflect completely the parameters of my weather station. the update occurs on average every 50 minutes, but the parameters do not change. I think it will give up YoWindow.
