I still get that message, not only at the screensaver, but also at the application.
My weather station is:

Dear Flip, I have set Woensdrecht as my home location when you have reported this problem.
So far I have never seen "weather expired".
This problem looks very strange.
Please answer all of these questions.
1. Does YoWindow Online show "weather expired" message when the application shows "Weather expired"?
http://yowindow.com/online.html
2. How old weather data on this page, when you see "weather expired"
http://en.allmetsat.com/metar-taf/europe.php?icao=EHWO
3. If you press F5 in the application or screen-saver, will the "weather-expired" message to go away?

Yowindow online does not show weather expired.
Also on my website, the widget is oke.
When the application shows weather expired, weather online is oke.
Question 3, when weather expired on my application, the weather data on the allmetsat is oke.
When i move the hour in the application, the message dissapears, also when i click on the following days, the message is not there. As soon as I click on Live, the message is there again.
When i press F5, at first nothing happens, sometimes after pressing F5 several times, the message disappears.
Most of the time, i shut down the application and start it up again. When I do that, it sometimes happens that the message is there again, but most of the time, after restarting the application, it works ok again.
I use it as a screensaver, because this computer I use not that often. So I do not know, after which time the message appears.
By the way, I use Windows 7 on that computer.
with regards.

Thanks now the problem conditions are less vague.
Make sure that Options/General/Auto update weather is checked.
Try to completely uninstall YoWindow, then install the latest version.
You will have to add your locations and settings again, unfortunately.
Let me know if it helps.

Hi,
I completely uninstalled yowindow.
I installed the last version RC378.
The problem still exists.
But I think I know the problem.
I start the application and then go the the forum to see whtere there is news.
I leave the application open.
After a while, the screensaver comes up.
Now both the application and the screensaver are open.
I noticed, that the screensaver now is oke, but the application gives the message weather expired.
with regards, Flip

Yes!
This is the case!
This is the way YoWindow will work when both screen-saver and the application are running at the same time.
But how did you manage to run them both at the same time?
I was not expecting this to occur.

Hi,
I start up the application, then there is a temperature icon in the taskbar.
I click on the temperature symbol, and then go to help.
I click on go to the forum, and the application stays on.
When I leave the computer, after a while, the screensaver starts, but the application is still open.
I hope you understand.
with regards, Flip

No I'm not experiencing anything like this.
I too have almost allways opened the application, so when the screensaver gets activated the situation should be the same.
The only difference is that I'm usin WinXP..............
Wish you all the luck tracking this one.
