Hi,
Welcome to YoWindow.
To be able to add a location in YoWindow database we need a geonames-id; placename/province or state/country.
The location must be known under the same name in both
www.geonames.org and
www.yr.no.
I've found this for Roan, but not (yet) for Longyearbyen.
I have to get back to you for more information.

7626376; Roan/Sør-Trøndelag/Norway has been added on April 16th.
2729907; Longyearbyen you will find under Svalbard and Jan Mayen (not under Norway).
