What is "Fun factor"

Hi,
I activated the "Fun factor".
Nothing seems to be changed !
What is the result of activating the fun factor ?

Hi MJ
Fun factor will activate 'little' surprises like an occasional football in the fields during the last world championship.
Since there isn't allways something going on, you won't allways notice the activation of this feature.
BTW: You can only see this in the standard village landscape.
