I have found about YoWindow in Cnet article.
PS
The location Slobozia/Romania found it in YoWindow is wrong. It's decimal coordinates are for Bacau/Romania not for Slobozia.

Geonames-ID 666659 gives Slobozia Nouă/Ialomita/Romania
This has been put under pending requests.
I could not find anything wrong on the existing Slobozia (
http://www.yr.no/place/Romania/Other/Slobozia~666710/)
Also I could not find a connection to Bacau.
