Updating weather all the time

Hello,
I have recognized from a few days YoWindow is updating weather all the time and nothing happens (see attached image). Even I click F5 (refresh) is the same situation. Any idea why I have this problem ?

This is no bug. Therefor moved to this subforum.
Warsaw is fine on Sunday March 3rd at 4:30 PM. Needs investigation if problem for Emil persists.
