downlading latest version

I have downloaded the latest version but it will not install. Malwarebytes seems to be blocking it. It is still in my list of downloads in Firefox but it is no longer listed in the saved downloads file. I still have the free version although I used to have the paid version and have the key on hardcopy. I am runnings windows 7 pro 64 bit on an Acer computer.
When I first installed the version I am now using just a week or so ago, real player was very determined to run at start up but I refused to let it (using winpatrol) also I see reference to a tool bar on the download page and I do not want a tool bar.
Should I be concerned about Malwarebytes blocking the install? Do I need real player to run at start up in order for YoWindows to work correctly? Can I refuse the toolbar and still have YoWindows? Perplexed!!
