Strange! Otepää claimed to be added from today several months ago but I can't find it under Estonians destinations.
Please to add it to be found and choose from Estonian locations.

I can't found the location though there is one request about it on april 2012 which claimed to be fulfilled.
I found and take on usage YoWindow app from Google Chrome widgets place. Generally nice and useful widget. Thank You for good work!

It is showing as Shloss, Estonia with no forecast.
I have posted a request to have your location fixed.
