Licence Key Transfer Question

I have changed computers and would like to transfer the licence key for YoWindow from my old computer to my new one. I have already downloaded YoWindow free onto my new computer but cannot find the licence key data on my old computer. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated (as we are due a major snow even in less than 12 hours!)

I followed your advice and sent the following e-mail on January 17th 2013

It is now January 23rd and I have had no answer to this query.

I assume you have given them all the necessary information...
A record of your payment would I'm sure lift any doubts...
Check the website with which you made the payment...(paypal...your bank etc...)
I'm sure you'll find something to that effect...
Also checking your webmail might also be a good idea...
An on-line mail containing the registration info might still be available...
This will be sorted out...I'm confident...

I didn't pay for it, I was given it free of charge for taking part in a Facebook promotion. I have been through Googlemail and cannot find anything there and there is nothing on the old computer to suggest what the licence key is in the first place.

Free or not...it is yours...
If you used the same e-mail address to send your query I'm sure Pavel
has a record of that in his list of winners of that contest...
Give it some time...and prevent these sort of things to ever happen again...
A printed record is always a good idea to fall back on...
