What's new.

- Faster start (it was hard, took 2 weeks of work)
- New Wait Screen
- Splash screen and icons provided for all devices.
Please check if they are displayed properly on New iPad and iPhone 5.

- Slovak language support

- FIXED:
You are in Options view.
Change device orientation - rotate 90 degrees.
Close the Options view.
Error: part of the stage is cut off

- FIXED: occasionally the sun shines through landscape on iPad
- FIXED: About icon missing
- FIXED: About view: open links in Safari
- FIXED: a bunch of small errors
- FIXED: "Unit System" is not translated
- FIXED: Airport, planes stop flying after some time
- FIXED: Airport, maintainance cars occasionally overlap planes

Please don't pay attention to the sound, we didn't care about it at this stage.
