- FIXED: landscapes display on the New iPad

- Weather icons added to Time Bar.
- Temperature font color changed from black to white in Forecast Panel and Time Bar.

Sound.

- Sound volume adjusted
Let me know how does the default sound volume feels like.
Pay attention: on iOS the sound volume is set not for an application but for all applications.
The volume level is the same for all applications.

The sound volume is OK to me. Feels like the right level.

Hi
Not getting any bird song, only cockerel crowing from time to time. Like the cow, but where is she? Loving the special horse, how about making him whinny now and again?
Volume on all the above seems a little quiet to me, even with the volume turned right up.
Great work keep it up

Pete.

Thanks, Max.

Pete, to hear the birds you need to choose a place where the temperature is above zero AND the season is NOT winter or naked.

New iPad sound volumes still low. Cannot hear unless you cup your hand around the speaker with volume set to max. Exited YoWindow and started another app and the volume was loud, so the volume setting should be good for the device. Just still very low for the new iPad.

The iPad 2 volume is much higher at the same volume setting.

This is so strange to have 2 similar devices with a different volume level...

I will confirm both are set the same. Currently I am going by the volume level displayed on the screen when I adjust the volume with the buttons. However, sounds from other apps are loud on both when switching. For some reason the new iPad is lower than the iPad 2 at the same setting.

Welcome to the world of Apple and iOS...

Sound levels can even differ on where you bought the device...

Europe has different sound level standards than let's say the US...

I've cranked-up the default sound level for every type of output to more than double...

Though it's an assault on battery life in the sense of it depleting more rapidly...the enjoyment of listening

to sounds on a 'normal' level is worth it...

Too bad Apple doesn't allow for this...Your device has to be jailbroken in order to be able to edit the RegionalVolumeLimits.plist file...

And we are definately not going into that !!!

Since the introduction of the iPhone 3G levels are set to 0.86...for european models...
