This is intentional, for iPhone there are not much space in landscape mode so we hide the time bar.
But thanks anyway!

Hi Pavel!

i found a way to reproduce it - a bar in landscape mode.
  • Hold the device in portrait orientation - the time-bar at the bottom bar is visible
  • go to settings
  • it doesn't matter if you change a setting or not
  • turn the device to landscape orientation
  • tap on "ready" or "ok" - i mean the button in the upper-right corner to return to the landscape - holding the device still in landscape mode!
  • the landscape is displayed with the time-bar at the bottom
once the time-bar is displayed in landscape mode it remains there even when changing locations.
