I'm using YoWindow (chrome1.33), these days I have a message saying the the weather expired. Why is this happening? I am located in Sagamihara(Japan)

Hi Rai,

Welcome to YoWindow.

YoWindow is using Tachikawa AB METAR station RJTC for your current conditions. RJTC has not had a METAR reading since November 3rd at 0435 UTC.

I see you are using Chrome. Are you using the YoWindow Desktop also?

If you are also using YoWindow Desktop, do the following -
Click on Location in the menu bar. Click on Location Properties. Change RJTC to RJTY. RJTY is Yokota AB METAR station. You should now have current conditions. Once RJTC is operative again, you can change the METAR code back.

Let us know how this works for you.

Thank you in advance.

Marty

Thanks for your help. I've installed Yowindow Desktop and finished the revise. It turned to be effective.
But could you please tell me when the Chrome edition will return to normal? I want to use Yowindow with Chrome. :)

Hi Rai,

I just noticed that RJTC is reporting again. I am going to continue studying RJTC to see if it keeps operating. If it fails to keep operating, I will request that your location uses RJTY for your weather.

If you have anymore problems with RJTC, let us know.

Thank you in advance.

Marty

Looks like the forcast data server is off-line or the connection to it is lost...

It'll correct itself in a while...I'm sure...

Pavel has already been notified...

Hi Janis,

I have moved this topic to our new sub-forum.
It is for questions and problems about a specific location.
