Hi Pavel,
i noticed that on seaside-landscape the lights are always on no matter if day or night.

Seaside landscape is not ready for beta-testing yet.
There are a lot of aspects left unfinished.
We would lose time discussing them.
For me it would be easier not to discuss them before they are ready.
It really takes time to read the description of the problem, to understand it and to write a sensible response on my side.
If a feature is available from debug menu it is not ready for beta testing.
