-FIXED: Inspector tooltips do not work anymore, found by Theo
-FIXED: Time is scrolled while dragging a balloon, found by Theo
-FIXED: Time is scrolled while dragging a balloon, found by Theo
I tried amelie and fiesta. I tried dragging balloons around. I used tooltip on Inspector and on sun and moon. I scrolled thru time with moving cursor over the sky.
Everything worked as it should on my WinXP and Win7. If I can think of anything else to test, I will test it.
