locations are display same conditions (in YoWindow v3).i will reinstalled yowindow after that display same error.but

links display correct conditions.why my software doesn't display correct conditions.

Sri Lanka has 5 METAR stations. 4 of the 5 METAR stations operate once every 6 hours. These are considered unreliable. If YoWindow would use them, you would see Weather Expired all of the time.

1 of the 5 METAR stations operates 24 hours a day. This is considered a reliable METAR station. That station is VCBI Katunayake.

Both of the locations that you have mentioned are using VCBI as it is the only reliable station.

Yr.no gives a forecast.

I hope this information explains why the current conditions are the same.
