I suggest that by reducing the size of windows, are also reduced proportionally, the dimensions of the "Inspector" and "panel of forecasts.
Currently, to reduce the size of the windows, "inspector" and the "panel of forecasts", take up much space and block the view of much of the landscape.

Ah, it is very hard task to make it right - to display all the data the user requested and to keep the view unobstracted.
Thanks for reminding me about this problem.
