Can user change location?

Is it normal user possible to change location and watch other place weathers? I am using this widget on my wordpress blog. And its could be a nice if my wordpress user could change him location.

Thank you!:) Is it there way to change/translation "Major cities" and "All locations" words to finnish?

Go to the website where you find the widget code:
http://yowindow.com/weatherwidget.php?locale=en_US
Under widget language select Finnish (Suomi).
Copy and paste the code into your website.
