-Fixed: YoWindow is not able to run on Windows XP

For those who want to know the technical details.
Until b100 YoWindow was built with Visual Studio 2008.

I have installed new Visual Studio 2012 and built YoWindow with it.
It ran fine on my Win 7 so I thought it was ok to deploy.
But later it turned out that Microsoft has dropped support for Windows XP in VS 2011 as well as VS 2012.
Incredible...
However Microsoft promises to add XP support to VS 2012 this Autumn.

RC 102 is working on both my WinXP and Win7. I noticed that the Forecast Panel has Today's Forecast back in it. Is this as it should be?

I have been checking this one location out for Ruth - 2542997 Marrakech / Morocco. The following is what the Forecast Panel and Inspector look like for her in RC 102. There seems to be a minor problem.
