Build 336 not installing

I'm running build 335 and everything is working great. I decided to download the latest (unstable) build 336. I could not install it. I tried running as admin and it still wouldn't install. I've include the error message below. I'm running Vista 32 bit. Oh, I tried downloading several times in case I got a bad download.
