Seaside (Preview)

Wow this is awesome. Can't wait for next week. Is there going to be a feature where the landscape is chosen randomly? That way you don't have to choose between Seaside and Village( still wonder why it's called Village, seems more like a Farm to me) but one or the other will pop up when the screensaver launches. Can't wait for it to be available , and can't wait to see a third awesome animated landscape(nudge nudge hint hint)!! -CoolCovers

has anybody of you any idea why I couldn't see the whole landscape as reported some replays befor? Anything must be wrong on IE 8

I Have IE8 dutch (window7 enterprise 32 bits) and have no problem with the new landscape.

Could it be the 64 bits version

I tried the new landscape out on my

Linux with old version of Firefox - no problem
Both of my Windows XP (32 bit) with IE8 - no problem
My new Windows 7 (64 bit) with IE8, Google Chrome, and Firefox - no problem

Hi Werner,

on my XP 32bit there's no problem with the preview too. I tried clearing cache, your posted location and time, de-installing YoWindow and re-installing it - no problems. Sorry !

Have you already tried to remove YoWindow and re-install it? Your set locations should be saved since a few releases.

I'm happy to let you know that now you can set Seaside as a landscape in your widget.
Add this parameter: landscape=seaside

The hardest part of the landscape was water reflections.
That is why we have delayed landscape release for so long.

We were thinking about Spain and California while designing the landscape.
So we were very happy to read comments by Werner and Don.

I agree with Reinhart, the light-house is a gem of this landscape

Have you noticed that the people in each of the houses go to sleep and wake up at different times?
The light in the tower is lit only on the weekends.

We appreciate your help and to consider all your suggestions.
We will think about more expressive reflection of the wind in the Palm trees.

Werner, unfortunately I was not able to repeat the error in IE8 as well.
However, I have found a problem in the code that may be the cause of the error on your side.
It is fixed now.
Please clean up the browser cache and try to reload the widget again.
Let me know if you still experience the error.
Also try to update Flash Player for IE to the latest version.
